What we collect
Account details (name, email, hashed password), order and shipping information, seller business details, and technical logs needed to run and secure the service. Payment card details go directly to Stripe — Gemmi never sees or stores them.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace: processing orders, escrow and payouts, fraud prevention, seller verification, customer support, and legally required record-keeping. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
With Stripe (payments and seller onboarding), shipping carriers (delivery), and the counterparty to your transaction (a seller sees the buyer's shipping name and address; a buyer sees the seller's shop details). With authorities where the law requires.
Retention & your rights
Transaction records are kept as long as law requires; other data for as long as your account exists. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at privacy@gemmi.jewelry. Cookies on this site are strictly functional (session sign-in); we set no advertising trackers.
